The course, thanks to its very pragmatic structure, has developed in us a special understanding of the respective needs that must be valued in the relationship between the tanning and shoe industry».

To accompany the young entrepreneurs during the visit, Claudio Tiezzi, owner of the shoe factory Freeland, who illustrated the whole process of making a shoe, from the initial design to the final shoe. Among those present, Gianluca Papini, director of Toscana Manifatture, who coordinated several lessons of the course. "The Tanners’ Association believes very much in young people and in the   Gruppo Giovani Conciatori -says Aldo Gliozzi, Deputy Director of the Tanners’ Association, which follows this activity -for almost 20 years this group has approached many young entrepreneurs to their family business and to the consortium societies in which many of them today have important roles and assignments.
